• NdeI, 1 reaction/µl in storage buffer containing 50% glycerol.
• 10 X FastCut Buffer

• The absence of nicking endodeoxyribonucleases, exodeoxyribonucleases, and nonspecific DNases activities is confirmed by appropriate quality tests.
• Functionally tested for the capacity to digest lambda DNA, plasmid DNA, PCR products fragments, and ligation and recutting assay.

• 2 ~3 μl of 10X FastCut Buffer
• ~ 1 μg Plasmid DNA or ~200 ng PCR product
• ddH2O to 19 or 29 μl
• 1 μl enzyme
• Incubate at 37 °C for 10 min for plasmid or 60 min for PCR product.
