Description PolyExpress™ Transfection Reagent, a biodegradable cationic polymer-based formulation, delivers DNA with high transfection efficiency and minimal cytotoxicity to a wide range of mammalian cell lines, including HEK293, COS-7, NIH 3T3, HeLa, CHO, and hard-to-transfect cells, forming stable polyplexes rapidly at room temperature.
