Our platform delivers ultra-pure, high-titer AAV particles using advanced packaging, iodixanol gradient ultracentrifugation, and FPLC-based anion-exchange chromatography. Workflow
  1. Cloning of gene of interest (GOI) into cis-plasmid vector (if required)

  3. Purification by iodixanol step gradient ultracentrifugation and FPLC
  4. Titer determination (genomic copies/ml)
  5. Optional: gene targeting or in vivo delivery studies
Required Materials
  • Endotoxin-free plasmid DNA containing the gene of interest (GOI)
  • or sequence of GOI for cloning (additional fee applies)
Deliverables
  • Ultra-pure, high-titer AAV viral particles (up to 1×1013 gc/ml)
  • Quality control data (titer, purity, serotype confirmation)
