Description Fast Electrophoresis Buffer (FEB Buffer) is a proprietary blend of sodium acetate, sodium borate, and boric acid, optimized for rapid and high-resolution separation of DNA on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. FEB Buffer enables higher voltage operation, allowing for rapid run times (10–30 minutes) and sharp, well-resolved DNA bands.

Preparation & Usage
  • To prepare 1X FEB running buffer, dilute 100 ml of 20X FEB with 900 ml ddH2O.

  • Prepare agarose gels using 1X FEB Buffer for best results.
