Human Klf4-Oct4-Sox2-c-Myc (KOSM) mRNA

A polycistronic mRNA cocktail encoding the four Yamanaka factors (KLF4, OCT4, SOX2, c-MYC) plus LIN28A and RFP reporter for human cellular reprogramming. The RFP reporter enables real-time monitoring of transfection efficiency.

For human fibroblast reprogramming:

1. Plate 5×10⁴ cells/well in 6-well plate
2. Transfert with 1-2 µg mRNA cocktail using Lipofectamine MessengerMAX™
3. Repeat transfections daily for 12-16 days
4. Monitor RFP expression to assess transfection efficiency
5. Pick iPSC colonies at day 18-21
