This adenovirus contains all 4 mouse transcription factors (Klf4, Oct3/4, Sox2 and c-Myc) joined by three different self-cleaving 2A peptides (E2A, P2A and F2A).

Applications:
Mouse KOSM adenovirus can be used to generate induced pluripotent stem (IPS) cell from mouse and human adult fibroblasts.
Titer: ~ 1X1012 viral particles/ml.
Purity: in vivo grade.
Storage Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl pH 7.4, 137 mM NaCl, 5 mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 with 10% glycerol
