Description	Recombinant Bst DNA Polymerase (large fragment) has 5’-> 3’ polymerase activity, but lacks 5’->3’ exonuclease activity. This enzyme can be used for and rapid amplification of trace amounts of DNA templates for sequencing.

Components	Bst DNA Polymerase: 100,000 U/ml in 10 mM Tris-HCl, 50 mM KCl, 1.0 mM Dithiothreitol, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1% Triton X-100, 50% Glycerol, pH 7.5 @ 25°C 10X Reaction Buffer: 200 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM (NH₄)₂SO₄, 100 mM KCl, 20 mM MgSO₄, and 1.0 % Triton X-100, pH 8.8 @ 25°C
Quality Control	The absence of endonuclease, nicking activity and exonuclease activity is confirmed by appropriate quality tests.
