Description In vitro transcribed, chemically modified mRNA encoding an engineered hyperactive variant of the PiggyBac transposase. This mRNA is DNA-free, animal-origin-free, phosphatase-treated, and optimized for high efficiency in genome engineering applications.
Modifications
  • 5' capped with ARCA (Anti-Reverse Cap Analog, m7(3'-O-methyl)-G(5')ppp(5')G, Cap 0) or CleanCap AG (m7G(5')ppp(5')(2'-OMeA)pG, Cap 1)
  • 5' untranslated region (UTR): human hemoglobin subunit alpha 2 (HBA2)
  • 3' UTR: regulatory stability elements from human α-globin and β-globin genes
  • 100% substitution with pseudouridine triphosphate (Ψ-UTP)
