Evaluate small-molecule poses in a supplied or modeled protein receptor using available, commercially cleared docking engines such as AutoDock Vina- or DiffDock-family adapters. The workflow records the exact receptor sequence and ligand representation, receptor and ligand preparation, ranks poses without conflating unlike scoring functions, maps contacts and clashes, and can add restrained minimization or ensemble checks when appropriate. Deliverables include ranked pose files, interaction tables, method-specific scores, assumptions, and provenance. Docking scores are not binding affinities and require orthogonal biochemical validation.
