Map candidate B-cell and HLA-specific T-cell epitopes from an exact protein sequence. The workflow reports linear B-cell features and, when licensed executables and allele models are configured, NetMHCpan/NetMHCIIpan-family peptide presentation predictions; framework-only de-immunization review can be added for antibodies. Alleles, peptide windows, methods, thresholds, and unavailable analyses are explicit rather than silently substituted. Deliverables include sequence-indexed peptide tables, annotated maps, and provenance. Epitope prediction does not establish clinical immunogenicity, immune response, or safety.
