The workflow combines B-cell and declared-HLA MHC-I/MHC-II evidence, epitope coverage and redundancy review, construct and linker assembly, translation validation, codon and RNA sequence QC, and reproducible ranking. Deliverables include exact protein and nucleotide FASTA, construct maps, peptide tables, assumptions, and provenance. The result is an expert-review candidate package—not a bench-ready vaccine—and requires manufacturing, expression, immunogenicity, safety, and efficacy studies.
